Joel A. Threlkeld is the proud owner and supervising attorney at Threlkeld Law, P.A. Mr. Threlkeld is a long-time resident of Naples, Florida and graduated from Naples High School in 1996. While in high school, Mr. Threlkeld excelled in athletics and received numerous awards and school records for his achievements. Mr. Threlkeld quickly learned the value of hard work by spending his summers working for his family’s swimming pool construction business (Nassau Pools) started by his grandparents in 1968.

T. Hunter Stahl brings his passion for law and commitment to client advocacy to Threlkeld Law, P.A. as an Associate Attorney. His primary practice areas include estate planning, probate and estate administration, and business formation. Hunter graduated cum laude with honors from Missouri State University in 2017 with a B.S. in Political Science and Pre-Law. Hunter then attended Michigan State University College of Law and earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2020. During his time at MSU law, Hunter gained valuable experience working with two private firms, focusing on civil litigation, business law, contracts, and estate planning.

Tyler S. Johnson joins Threlkeld Law, P.A. as an associate attorney specializing in real estate and business law. He is a 1999 graduate of the University of New Mexico, where he received his B.A. in Criminology. Tyler graduated with a J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law (formally The John Marshall Law School) in 2002. During law school, Tyler was the Senior Law Clerk for the Illinois Attorney General’s Office General Litigation Department from 2000 to 2002. Upon graduation, Tyler began his practice of law in the State of Arizona in 2003.

A graduate of University of Florida (B.S.B.A., 1987; J.D., 1991), Doug was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1991; to the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, in 1996; and to the U.S. Court of Federal Claims in 1996. He is a member of both the Florida and Collier County Bar Associations.

Having been a partner in a well-respected law firm since 1998, Doug opened his own office in January 2008 and brings a personal and dedicated touch to his practice. He has practiced law in Naples for approximately 22 years and has handled a variety of different legal matters. These areas include commercial and civil litigation, construction lien law, landlord/tenant, real estate transactions, title insurance, condominium law, wills, business transactions, and formation of corporations and limited liability companies.

Attorney Louis Robbio has been practicing law since 1971, and in recent years, immigration law has become the major part of his practice. Mr. Robbio helps clients with family immigration issues, business immigration issues and defends clients from removal efforts, working to keep them from being deported by ICE or other federal agencies. An experienced criminal defense attorney, he is well-prepared to help clients who are in danger of deportation after being charged with a crime. He can handle most issues in immigration law and will give you big firm performance with small firm personal attention. Mr. Robbio is currently accepting clients in Sarasota, Desoto, Lee, Collier and Charlotte Counties.

Andrea became a member of Threlkeld Law, P.A. after wrapping up her career in the medical field. Her superior customer service and meticulous attention to detail has been an asset in helping manage the law office alongside her husband, Attorney Joel Threlkeld.

After graduating from Pikesville High School in Baltimore, MD, Andrea moved to Florida to attend the University of Florida. Andrea’s career began as a pre-school teacher, until she went back to school to study diagnostic medical sonography.

Alicia grew up in Seattle, WA and moved to Southwest Florida in 2000. She started her real estate career working as a processor with the Law Offices of William G. Morris, P.A. and was quickly promoted to Real Estate Closer. Alicia has worked with many large law firms from Naples to Marco Island, and has a great working relationship with them. With her vast experience in residential and new construction real estate, she has earned herself a very loyal client base, who knows they can rely on her. Alicia takes great pride in acting as a team member with her various real estate agents and giving their customers excellent service, as well. Alicia strives to go above and beyond for her agents and clients.

Nicole was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, and began her legal career in Naples, Florida over 20 years ago, as a receptionist with Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC. Nicole attended Hodges University located in Naples, Florida, and graduated with her Associates in Science in Paralegal Studies. The experience Nicole has acquired over the years working with local law firms in Real Estate, Litigation, and Wills, Trusts and Estates makes her very valued at Threlkeld Law, P.A. Nicole specializes in Estate Planning and assists in our Real Estate Department as needed. She is a very proud Army and college football Mom to her two wonderful sons, Trae, and Nico.

Hector Roig was born in Cuba and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. He and his wife moved to Naples in 2018 to raise his family. As a graduate of the University of Nevada Reno and the College of Southern Nevada, Hector holds several degrees including a Liberal Arts Degree, a Bachelors of Political Science, and a Bachelors of Foreign Affairs. His education and background have helped him along the way in working for major conglomerate companies including Aston Hotel, Wolfgang Puck, and Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.

Barbara Rae grew up in the panhandle of Florida and moved to Naples with her daughter in 2022. She left the medical field to pursue a new career path in real estate. Barbara Rae joined the Threlkeld Law team as a post-closer then transitioned into the role of transaction coordinator. She obtained her real estate license in July of 2023. Barbara Rae always strives to give our clients the most efficient and optimal service.

As a born and raised Naples, Florida native, Lauren joins the firm as one of our paralegals with many years in the sales & marketing, title processing & closing, and mortgage processing backgrounds. Being a student at Florida SouthWestern State College, she has obtained her Real Estate Paralegal Certification and is working towards her Associates in Science of Paralegal Studies degree, Lauren is fine tuning her legal professional abilities.

She is an alumna of Gulf Coast High School here in Naples with her two sisters. Her parents, grandparents and sisters are still Naples residents, having frequent family gatherings. Lauren enjoys fishing, going to the beach, travelling, and visiting Naples Zoo with her two beautiful children, Vivian and Ryan.

Patricia de la Torre, a luminary in the field of Accounting and Finance, embarked on her educational journey in the vibrant streets of La Havana, Cuba, culminating in the conferral of a master’s degree in 2013. In pursuit of new horizons, Patricia and her family transplanted to the sun-kissed shores of Florida that same year.

With a solid academic foundation and a passion for numbers, Patricia holds the reins as the Comptroller of our esteemed business. Her keen eye for detail, honed over years of experience, enables her to uncover discrepancies and rectify them with precision.

Cheryl Mourning joins Threlkeld Law, P.A., as a Senior Real Estate Paralegal & Title Closer. Cheryl has spent the past nine (9) years working for a boutique law firm in Marco Island, Florida; however, she is a longtime resident of Naples and has deep roots with successful real estate law firms in the local area.

Originating from Columbus, Ohio, Cheryl has been building professional relationships and has excelled in training in multiple title insurance forums in the State of Florida. With a wealth of knowledge in title examination and closing experience of over 26 years, Cheryl brings value to our team with executable accountability, her positive attitude and prompt responsiveness. Cheryl comes from a large Italian family, settled in the Midwest, and is a proud mother of three children, and Nonnie to five grandsons. She is an extremely family-oriented person who displays loyalty and family values above all else.

Michelle was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She holds two bachelor’s degrees and a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration. Michelle served in multiple advisor roles for over 10 years at Florida International University and Miami Dade College. She spent four of those years as FIU’s sole pre-law advisor, which gave her much insight into the area of law. Her willingness to help others and her determination to eliminate roadblocks for student success ultimately led to policy changes for which she won a university-wide award for Student Advocacy at Florida International University.

Ana Guinart de la Fuente is a skilled Title Processor at Threlkeld Law, P.A., with a deep understanding of Microsoft and other computer systems. Her ability extends beyond technology, as she excels in communication, both professionally and personally, making her a genuinely kind and compassionate person.
