Family Immigration Law
The US government’s policy is to keep families together and sets its immigration policy to enable families to stay together or begin on US soil. If you want to utilize the tools offered by immigration law to keep your family together, call Louis Robbio for help. He can provide assistance with fiancée and marriage visa applications (petitioning for a foreign spouse). He helps with bringing over children, grandparents, and other relatives if they are eligible under federal regulations. Mr. Robbio will use his experience to make sure that the necessary paperwork is completed with efficiency and without error so that you and your family can be united in America.
Removal (Deportation) Defense
If you are facing removal because of a lack of status or possible loss of status, you should contact a lawyer immediately. You will have the opportunity to make your case to remain here at that time. Louis Robbio is an experienced litigator who has experience at all levels, from circuit courts to federal appeals courts. He can help you make your case to stay and appeal if necessary, an unlikely occurrence with Mr. Robbio on your side.
All industries are “high tech” industries in the information age.
