Joel A. Threlkeld is the proud owner and supervising attorney at Threlkeld Law, P.A. Mr. Threlkeld is a long-time resident of Naples, Florida and graduated from Naples High School in 1996. While in high school, Mr. Threlkeld excelled in athletics and received numerous awards and school records for his achievements. Mr. Threlkeld quickly learned the value of hard work by spending his summers working for his family’s swimming pool construction business (Nassau Pools) started by his grandparents in 1968.

T. Hunter Stahl, joins Threlkeld Law, P.A. as an Associate Attorney. He graduated cum laude with honors from Missouri State University in 2017 with a B.S. in Political Science and Pre-Law. Hunter attended Michigan State University College of Law and earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2020. During his time at MSU law, Hunter worked for two private firms gaining experience in civil litigation, business law, contracts, and estate planning. He was also the President and Co-Founder of the MSU Sports Law Society for two years.
Outside of law school, Hunter volunteered with a local animal shelter by helping foster rescue dogs from high-kill shelters across the country. Hunter was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2020. He first began his career practicing estate planning, elder law, Medicaid planning, and probate assisting senior citizens and their families in Polk County. Aside from practicing law, Hunter also works as a Football Analyst for Pro Football Focus, a professional and collegiate football analytics company.

Andrea Threlkeldoffice manager
Andrea became a member of Threlkeld Law, P.A. after wrapping up her career in the medical field. Her superior customer service and meticulous attention to detail has been an asset in helping manage the law office alongside her husband, Attorney Joel Threlkeld.
After graduating from Pikesville High School in Baltimore, MD, Andrea moved to Florida to attend the University of Florida. Andrea’s career began as a pre-school teacher, until she went back to school to study diagnostic medical sonography.
Once she obtained her DMS degree, Andrea decided to move to Naples, FL to be close to her family. She began working in the radiology department at Gulf Coast Medical Center in Ft. Myers, FL. With both her teaching experience, and her abundance of knowledge in ultrasound, Andrea not only worked as a sonographer, but also helped educate ultrasound students as the clinical instructor at GCMC. Following 10 years of hospital experience, and as a registered vascular technologist, Andrea decided to move into private practice.
After having two beautiful children, Andrea decided to leave the medical field and step into the family business. She has enjoyed learning about her new industry as well as meeting with and helping clients and other business personnel.

Alicia grew up in Seattle, WA and moved to Southwest Florida in 2000. She started her real estate career working as a processor with the Law Offices of William G. Veronica joins our team bringing with her broad experiences in the real estate field; as a licensed realtor, a real estate assistant and presently as a Real Estate Paralegal. Her real estate career spans over the last 24 years.
After having moved here in 1988 from Pennsylvania and graduated locally, Veronica has certainly seen the extensive growth in Naples over the past 30 years.
She is a licensed realtor since 1997 and became a Florida Registered Paralegal since 2010. She enjoys boating, traveling, fishing and spending time with her three amazing and talented sons. Veronica is also fluent in Hungarian/Beszélek Magyarul.

Marisol is a “Jill of all trades.” She joins the Threlkeld title team with a great deal of experience from real estate to property management to processing. Originally from Key Largo, Florida, Marisol graduated from Coral Shores High School in Tavernier, Florida in 1999.
She went on to attend Johnson & Wales University in North Miami where she studied Hotel and Restaurant Management. Her experience in assisting others has led her to a very successful career in client and guest relations. She enjoys cooking, photography and being artistically creative. Currently, she is studying at Liberty University, where she received her undergraduate degree in psychology, and is working on her Master’s in Special Education. Hector Roig was born in Cuba and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. He and his wife moved to Naples in 2018 to raise his family. As a graduate of the University of Nevada Reno and the College of Southern Nevada, Hector holds several degrees including a Liberal Arts Degree, a Bachelors of Political Science, and a Bachelors of Foreign Affairs. His education and background have helped him along the way in working for major conglomerate companies including Aston Hotel, Wolfgang Puck, and Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.
Hector, a licensed residential title insurance agent, supports Threlkeld Law in every aspect of the business. He serves as Client Relations Manager, marketing and promoting throughout the Naples community. In his free time, Hector enjoys kite surfing, snowboarding, and building long term professional relationships. A devoted family man, Hector is married to his childhood sweetheart, Patricia De La Torre, with one daughter, Lluvia Daliana.

Marilyn was born in Puerto Rico in a family of nine and was raised in Brooklyn, New York. Her family moved to Michigan where she lived until she moved to Florida in 2004. She joins Threlkeld Law, P.A. with extensive experience in real estate, construction, legal, telecom, contract administration, television, and accounting. She is fluent in Spanish and English and taught Conversational Spanish to elementary and college students in Michigan. She completed an Associate degree in Paralegal Studies and received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Marilyn continued on with her education at Strayer University for a Master’s degree in Public Administration.
Marilyn is the mother of two handsome and amazing sons, a grandmother of three and is a great-grandmother of two. Her family is her greatest treasure along with her husband, who is a Retired Captain from Seminole County Sheriff’s Office. She enjoys walks on the beach, watching sunsets, cooking and loves traveling across the USA and internationally.
Cherish C. FullerLegal Assistant
Cherish was born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida. She received her undergraduate degree from Eckerd College, her MBA from the University of South Florida, and holds the SHRM-CP certification in human resources management. Cherish is currently in her final year of law school at Ave Maria School of Law, where she serves as a Senior Editor for the Law Review, Research Assistant to Dean Eugene Milhizer, and has been elected by her peers to serve on the law school’s Honor Board.
Cherish has gained extensive legal experience through her roles working for estate planning and employment law firms, the in-house counsel department for HSN Corporate, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and clerking for the Honorable Judge William H. Overton. In 2016, she was the recipient of the Victor O. Wehle Award for excellence in trial advocacy and led the 2nd place winning team in the 2015 American Association for Justice Trial Advocacy Competition.
She currently serves the Naples community as a trial mentor for the 20th Judicial Circuit Teen Court Program and is an active member of the Michael R. N. McDonnell American Inn of Court, Young Professionals of Naples, and Phi Alpha Delta’s Society of Scholars. In her free time, Cherish enjoys playing her piano, harp, and violin, film editing, fishing, and spending time with her maine coon cat, Philippe.
